Upcoming House Cup Fixtures
Format
Each team will play each other just the once. Therefore the fixtures are a copy of the first half of the League Season.
However as the away team can not have a return leg, they will have the darts advantage.
The playing format is “301”, double to start and double to finish. Best of 5 Legs. (Please note to clarify some confusion, it is best of 5 legs, not every leg has to be played)
Matches will consist of 5 players from each team
All 5 players to play
Captains will make a blind draw
If a team is short, they cannot play a player twice within the house cup competition
As teams can only play each other once in a season, the AWAY team will start in the 1st, 3rd and if required 5th leg of every match.
Home team to start in the 2nd and if required 4th leg.
Home team to mark.
Please note that the scoring for the “House Cup” is as follows
There will be two points awarded for a match win, and a point awarded for each leg achieved within that result for both the home and away teams.
Please also note, that seeing as this is a cup competition and as teams can only be play once during the season, we are asking teams not to provide refreshments on House Cup Competition nights.
